You may:

  • Contact our Life Insurance Specialist or Financial Consultant at the nearest Prudential counter service.

  • Call Prudential Life Assurance (Lao) Customer Service Centre at +856 21 211123.

What are the documents required for my claim process?

You’ll need:

  • Claim Request Form

  • Death Certificate (Original/Certified)

  • Life Insurance Certificate (Original)

  • Medical Reports

  • Policy owner, life assured & beneficiary IDs

 

 Additional documents may be required depending on claim type.

 

How do I submit my claims?

You may:

  • Submit your completed claim request form to our Life Insurance Specialist or Financial Specialist at the nearest Prudential counter service

  • Visit Prudential Life Assurance (Lao) office on 5th floor, Vientiane Center Office Building, Nongchan Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR

What is the claim processing time?

The claim processing time is dependent on the different situations:

  • 10 working days if all required documents are submitted to us.

  • 20 working days if additional documents or investigations are needed.

How do I get my claim payment?

The claim payment will be paid directly to the claimant's bank account
